Our Beaches
Florida is famous for its beaches and the Jacksonville area has miles of beautiful white sand along its coast. Oceanfront parks such as Huguenot Memorial Park and Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park are favorites among locals looking to escape to the beach for a relaxing day of sun, sand and surf. Seaside communities such as Amelia Island, Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach also have beautiful beaches as well as shops, bars, restaurants and a calendar of events to keep you entertained throughout the year. Visit the oldest city in the nation, St. Augustine, just a short drive south of Jacksonville.

Downtown Jacksonville—From ballet and opera to contemporary pop, jazz, rock, country and blues, the Florida Theatre offers 200 cultural and entertainment events annually for every taste and age.


Daily's Place is the newest sports and entertainment destination in downtown Jacksonville, Fla. Constructed in 2017, it sits adjacent to TIAA Bank Field, home of the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars


Downtown Jacksonville—Home of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra this venue also hosts various concerts, plays, musicals and dance performances.

Convention Center
The Prime Osborn Convention Center is a 265,000 square foot facility 20 minutes from Jax JetPort and with 1500+ hotel rooms within a five-mile radius.


Cruises
Carnival Cruise Lines offers 4 and 5-day cruises from Jacksonville to The Bahamas aboard the 2,052-passenger Carnival Fascination. All cruises sail from the JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, located in North Jacksonville.


Fishing
The St. John’s River in Jacksonville is full of sea trout, flounder, sheepshead, redfish and more. Off the coast of Jacksonville, the list of saltwater sport fish to be caught includes dolphin, tuna, wahoo, grouper and snapper – just to name a few.


Golf
There are over 50 private, semi-private and public golf courses in the greater Jacksonville area.
